  • Any commencement dates or completion timelines depend on materials, site access, client approvals, and external factors beyond our control.

  • Where a deposit is required, the deposit secures your project and covers costs incurred by Ember Joinery in preparing quotations, site visits, consultations, measurements, design concepts, drawings, project planning, and administrative work.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether the project proceeds.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All content on this website, including designs, drawings, images, text, logos, and concepts, is owned by Ember Joinery.

  • No intellectual property rights transfer to you unless expressly agreed in writing.

For project-related materials:
